LCIF & Campaign 100 Report
Statewide, Lions of MD27 (Wisconsin) have strongly supported LCIF's Campaign 100 since it began on July 2017. Over $878,000 has been raised by Wisconsin Lions for this campaign!
World-wide, LCIF has reached about 48% of its goal of $300 million. LCIF will let us know if the campaign will be extended due to the pandemic. Over $300,000 in grants from LCIF have been distributed in the United States for COVID-19 disaster relief.
In D1, 39 of our 58 clubs have donated for the current Lions year $32,247.66. Thanks to all who have donated. Individual contributions have helped tremendously.
DG Conrad has stated that clubs should focus on their respective communities first during the pandemic and, then, if possible, consider a donation to Campaign 100. We all understand the difficulties in raising funds due to the stay at home directive.
