IPDG Report

Have attended a couple of Exec meetings since the last cabinet meeting.

Long Range Planning
Need to start researching the new job titles and positions in the E District manual. Then will schedule a meeting with 1st VDG John and 2nd VDG Conrad to discuss before presenting the findings.

PDGO
Attended my first PDGO meeting at the State level. Will reach out to PDG's in the District to see how they would like to help out the District and possibly start a PDGO in the District. I have some concern since there was only one other PDG from the District at the State meeting
