October Cabinet Meeting
Restoring Hope Transplant House Report October 2015

Restoring Hope Transplant House has been blessed to welcome hundreds of transplant families from all parts of Wisconsin, 23 different states and as far away as Canada and England since opening in 2013. They have also been very fortunate to rneet several transplant families and longtime Lions CIub members from Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. All were deeply touched to learn about the Lions and Lioness Club involvement supporting the House and the many statewide Clubs that have embraced this cause that is so near and dear to them. These are your members who have faithfully served for so many years and you were there for them in their time of need by making this house possible. Thank you for your continued support of our transplant families. As for the Capital Campaign two of the goals have been met. We received $75,000 from LCIF and individual contributions of $199,867.00. We have a long way to go to reach the goal of $300,000.00 in club donations. To date clubs have donated $127,178.53. That's $172,822.47 from our goal. The goal was for Wisconsin Lions and Lioness is to raise $300,000 towards this Capital Campaign over the next three years. That breaks down to each of Wisconsin's 10 Districts raising $10,000 a year in 20l3-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16.
