LCIF Report

At the USA/Canada Lions Leadership forum, leaders of LCIF presented information on Campaign 100 Empowering Service, the effort to raise $300 million in the next three years. This effort is designed to fund the six categories of assistance: vision, youth, disaster relief, and new efforts in diabetes, childhood cancer, and humanitarian programs.

LCIF is asking: Lions individually to make donations of $100 for each of the three years; dedicating a fund-raising event for Campaign 100; making a donation from the club treasury; and asking members of the community to make a gift.

I will be attending the District Regional meetings during October to present this information to club officers in attendance.
