Wellness Committee Report

I attended all the region meetings in October. The Facebook page is set up and 16 people have joined the Facebook Group. I have been contacted by a few members with ideas for their personal goals. I will also be presenting at the District Convention in March. The Pardeeville Lions Club invited me to speak at their meeting, and they are looking to start a walking schedule for the members to have a scheduled time to be active, and have company at the same time. I will also be sending out the couch to 5K program link as well as schedules for various 5Ks throughout the district.
