Centennial Report

We are in the last 6 months of our centennial celebration. We still are leading the way in our district in most challenges and projects.

Centennial Service Challenge - we have 3 clubs that have not reported any challenge projects. On the plus side we have 55 clubs that are participating. Ten clubs have completed one challenge, 7 clubs have 2 projects done, 12 clubs have 3 challenge projects, 13 clubs have 4 projects, and 13 clubs have already completed all 5 service challenge projects. State average of clubs participating is about 67%. Our district has a 95% participation. Thank you!!!!

Membership Challenge - We have had 16 clubs add 3 or more members with 101 new members to help with all of our service. Again we lead the state with 27.6% clubs adding the three new members.

Legacy Projects - The Lions of D1 have 79 Legacy Projects. The state has 307 new legacy projects. Thank you Lions for all that you are doing.

Centennial Eyeglass Challenge - We rocked that competition.

Centennial Children's Vision Screening Challenge - We have screened 9157 kids in the first six months. That is 4.07 kids/member. Unfortunately, we are not leading this. Please report your numbers to Dave Hineline.

Thank you Lions for all the hard work. YOU ROCK!!!!

Respectfully submitted,
Tammy Rockenbach
